Contingency model
Maybe you’ve won a new client and have a new need for permanent or contract resource or maybe you need to backfill a permanent position – We charge a one-off fee to qualify and find the best person for your organisation.
Retained Executive Search model
This method works well when you have a key Senior Level person to find. We will work with you exclusively to find you the person you need. Payment is made in 3 tranches: one on engagement, the second on delivering a shortlist and starting the interview process and the final payment on the chosen candidate being hired. The benefit to you is that because we spend more time on the search, you will receive the very best shortlist for your role as we go beyond what is on the resume and ensure no stone is left unturned.
