Job: Strategic Digital Producer

A growing digital agency near Bracknell is looking for a Strategic Digital Producer to join their talented team.

The Strategic Digital Producer will scope digital projects from the initial stage to budget and shape the project through to implementation. This will require strong analysis and evaluation of business objectives and requirements. You will define known requirements plus drive decisions and upsells. Whilst there are elements of project management in the role, this position requires a digital producer skillset.

Key responsibilities

– Understand client objectives and project goals and articulate them clearly in detail
– Advise on business requirements, analysing business objectives in detail
– Have a strategic business focus, running client workshops
– Produce wireframes in collaboration with the design team
– Clearly define project scope in a project handbook as reference for clients and the project team
– Scope projects of budgets up to and over £500K+
– Work with the technical team to cover any omitted details if key strategic and technical information is missing from scope
– Create project estimates post scope/pre-delivery to make sure the project is on track for a profitable delivery
– Produce a list of definitive deliverables for all projects
– Confident to present alone or as part of a team
– Handle clients tactfully during the scoping phase

Required experience

– 3+ years as a Digital Producer, Technical Project Manager or a Strategist within a Digital Agency
– Intermediate Google Analytics experience
– Strong communication skills
– A good technical understanding of digital marketing channels
– Proven relationship management skills
– Excellent interpersonal skills
– Managing commercial opportunities and upsell
– Effective conflict management and negotiation skills

Desired experience

– Experience with business research techniques and tools
– Experience with analytical tools
